Human Resource Administration (HRA)

The NYC Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS) is dedicated to fighting poverty and income inequality by providing New Yorkers in need with essential benefits such as food and cash assistance, rental vouchers, and Medicaid.
